Dorman Capital LLC ("Dorman Capital," "we," "us") is a real estate investment company based in Albemarle, North Carolina. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect on dormancapital.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because that is how we do business.

When you submit our contact or offer-request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and anything you tell us about your situation. Our forms are processed by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website.
Address autocomplete. The property-address field on our form uses Google Maps address autocomplete. As you type, the text you enter is sent to Google to generate address suggestions. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Analytics. We use, or plan to use, Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and similar usage data collected through cookies or similar technologies. Analytics data is aggregate in nature; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we may keep a record of the conversation and your contact information so we can follow up.
How We Use Your Information

How We Share Information
We share personal information only when it is necessary to serve you or required by law:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run this site and our business — such as Netlify (website and form hosting), Google (address autocomplete and analytics), and our phone and email providers. They receive only what they need to perform their service.
- Transaction professionals. If we move forward on your property, information may be shared with the closing attorney, title company, or similar professionals — with your knowledge, as part of the transaction.
- Legal requirements. If we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Records connected to a completed transaction are kept as long as law and tax requirements demand. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will delete it.
